Ground Transport and Accommodation solutions provider, CMAC Group, have triumphed at the 2018 Business Continuity Awards winning the two categories of ‘Strategy in Partnership’ with the Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) and also 'Specialist Business.’
Businesses across the UK vied for titles across a range of categories including large global banks and household name retailers.
CMAC’s Chief Executive Officer, Steve Turner said: “We are so proud that the CMAC team have triumphed at these prestigious national awards. To have our work with the Civil Nuclear Constabulary recognised is an amazing achievement. To also win Specialist Business was simply fantastic."
Mike Griffiths, Chief Constable, CNC said: “With the intimate support of CMAC we deployed at very short notice over 800 officers across two deployments to 23 different Home Office force areas in a matter of hours. They understood our needs and delivered our people to the locations from which they were able to conduct their armed policing tasks. This was truly a joint endeavour.”

The awards took place on the 7th June at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square.
